By using Islamic bot ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Bot.

2. Description of Service

Islamic bot is a Discord bot that provides Islamic content including Quran verses, Hadith, prayer times, and Islamic reminders. The Bot also includes an AI-powered question and answer feature that allows users to ask Islamic questions and receive AI-generated responses via a third-party API. The Bot is provided free of charge.

3. AI-Generated Content

The Bot includes an AI question and answer command that uses a third-party API to generate responses. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and should not be treated as religious rulings (fatwas)
  • AI responses may not always be accurate or complete — users should verify answers with qualified Islamic scholars
  • Your questions are sent to a third-party AI service for processing
  • The Bot's developers are not responsible for the accuracy or content of AI-generated responses

4. Appropriate Use

You agree to use the Bot in a manner that is lawful and respectful of Islamic principles. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use the Bot for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Bot
  • Use the Bot to spread misinformation about Islam
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Bot's operation
  • Use the Bot in any way that violates Discord's Terms of Service

5. Islamic Content

The Bot provides Islamic information for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the absolute correctness of all content, including AI-generated responses. Users are encouraged to verify information with qualified scholars.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Bot's developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot, including any reliance on AI-generated content.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Follow the Discord Terms of service

You must accept the Discord Terms of Service to use our services and Discord.

3. Third-Party AI Service

When you use the AI question and answer command, your questions are sent to a third-party AI API for processing. Please be aware that:

  • Your questions are transmitted to and processed by a third-party AI service
  • The third-party service may have its own data retention and privacy policies
  • We recommend not including personal or sensitive information in your AI questions

4. Data Storage

All data is stored securely and is only accessible to the Bot's developers for maintenance purposes. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except:

  • When required by law
  • When necessary to protect our rights or safety
  • When processing your AI questions through the third-party AI API as described above

6. User Rights

You may request deletion of your data by contacting the Bot's developers. Note that some data may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.

7. Children's Privacy

The Bot is not specifically directed at children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Bot or our support server.
